My starting point is always the user before I create any new conversion strategy, I strive to fully understand users, who they are, what are their intents on your website, how they navigate it, where your website is strong and where it's weak and losing money.
Once I fully understand users, I can set up a new conversion strategy. I use tools like Google Optimise, Hotjar, CrazyEgg and Unbounce to gather users' feedbacks, test different landing pages and make sure they convert as much as possible.
